    There is a serious problem right now in the mortgage industry because most of those who handled the loans sent them off to MERS to be securitized but the paperwork has been destroyed. No one has proof of ownership in many homes. People being foreclosed on need to get a lawyer if they feel they have been wronged. I do agree with the poster of this video. Prices are low in some areas and if you do finance the rates are at historic lows. A house is just a house but a home is where you make it.
